MoonApp calculates moonrise, lunar transit and moonset for any location on Earth, handles the timezone properly, and says plainly when the moon does not rise or set at all on a given day, which at Norwegian latitudes happens regularly. It also reports the current phase, the illuminated fraction and the distance to the moon, and the dates of the next new and full moon.
